Shruti to sing, Tamannaah to sync a Tamil song

MUMBAI: South Indian beauties Shruti Haasan and Tamannaah Bhatia, who are bosom friends in real life, will now partner in a singing project.

Shruti Haasan, who is currently shooting for her upcoming actioner 'Singam 3', the third part of the Singam series, has reportedly been roped in to croon a special song for Tamannaah Bhatia in the upcoming Tamil comedy 'Kathi Sandai'.

Apart from being the leading of Telugu industry, actor Shruti Haasan is also a popular playback singer, who has sung in movies like movies like 'Vedalam', 'Shamitabh', 'Tevar', 'Race Gurram' and 'Oh My Friend'.

It has been confirmed that Shruti has given a nod to the makers and the recording of the song will start very soon. It is a special song that will feature Tamannah. The movie is directed by Suraj and the music is scored by Hip Hop Tamizha. The makers are planning to release this upcoming drama on the occasion of Diwali.
