Radio City hosts the album premiere of 'Gori Tere Pyar Mein'

MUMBAI: The studios of Radio City 91.1 FM buzzed with energy today as the magical duo Vishal-Shekhar along with ace director Puneet Malhotra launched the music album for ‘Gori Tere Pyar Mein’. The 5 track album can now be exclusively heard on Radio City.

Music director-duo Vishal-Shekhar spoke of the fun they had composing the album, which packs in a rare freshness and charm. Asked about the idea behind such different-sounding tracks like ‘Tooh’ and ‘Chingam Chabake’, Vishal was quick to react that the movie asked for a treatment that is off-beat. Puneet Malhotra, who ventured into direction with ‘I Hate Love Stories’ refused to categorize ‘Gori Tere Pyar Mein’ as a typical ‘rom-com.’ According to him, that the movie has a core that goes beyond light-hearted comedy. Marvelling at the talent of stars Kareena Kapoor and Imran Khan, Puneet remarked the shooting had been a cakewalk. Kareena managed to pull off the difficult steps of ‘Tooh’ with panache in single takes.

Produced under the banner of Dharma Productions, ‘Gori Tere Pyar Mein’ releases on the 22nd November. Radio City 91.1 FM is the exclusive music partner of the movie.
