MUMBAI: As the concluding masterclass of their Masterclass Series, True School of Music (TSM) presents Tweaking the Guitar Sound, conducted by master sound engineer Enrico Sesselego. A graduate of the Recording Institute of Technology, MI, California, Sesselego has, in his capacity as a sound recordist, guitar tech and guitarist, worked with legendary guitarists such as Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert, Scott Henderson, Frank Gambale and Steve Lukather in the past. He has also worked closely with Eddie Kramer, the sound engineer for iconic acts such as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Rolling Stones and Santana. Sesselego’s masterclass at the True School of Music will see him discuss methods to get a range of guitar tones and sounds for the guitarists he has worked with, as well as miking techniques and live sound recordings. Having travelled and worked with such legends has undoubtedly left Sesselego with some stories to tell, and during the course of this masterclass, he will also narrate some tales from being on the road with these iconic figures.
