Rolling Stones release promo trailer of live concert film

MUMBAI: Legendary band the Rolling Stones released a trailer of their upcoming DVD 'Sweet Summer Fun - Hyde Park Live' on their website. The film chronicles the band’s momentous return to London's Hyde Park nearly 44 years to the day after their debut performance at the historic venue.

The 50 second promotional trailer begins with the band’s 50th anniversary tongue logo backed by guitarist Keith Richards' opening licks to their 1981 classic "Start Me Up" The clip moves to frontman Mick Jagger commenting," I never thought necessarily that we'd play Hyde Park again. It's a different feeling playing in your hometown."

The DVD and Blu-ray include 16-tracks while the CD and vinyl formats include 19-track.

"Sweet Summer Fun - Hyde Park Live" is available for pre-order at RollingStones.com and will hit shelves 11 November.

The band is also due to be honoured by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with an all-star tribute on 26 October in Cleveland, Ohio.
