MUMBAI: Remember the magical voice that made it straight to our hearts, the one that still captivates a million souls. It is the voice of Kishore Kumar. The legendary actor and singer Kishore Da remains immortal in many ways, one of those are his musical renditions.

While, his renditions keep him close to our hearts he sees to be a long gone hero for the 'God of knowledge' Google.

It's sort of become a tradition to see a Google Doodle of achievers of various fields on their birth or death anniversaries. Thus, when Google gave Kishore Kumar a miss today, which happens to be his 87th Birth Anniversary, we could not believe our eyes.

The search engine had mentioned singer Mukesh recently on his Birth Anniversary. So, we assumed it would create a beautiful Doodle for our beloved Kishore Da.

Nevertheless, the online publications and television channels paid tribute to the magnificent singer. But the industry too seemed to have been tied up to pay Kishore Kumar a tribute on their social media pages. Just a handful of them showed some respect.
