MUMBAI: Music composer and judge of music reality show, Indian Idol Salim Merchant has shortlisted a contestant from the show to sing for an upcoming project by the musical duo Salim- Suleiman. The composer who was in the Pinkcity to perform along with Indian Idol contestants Bhoomi Trivedi, Naushad, Rakesh, Swaroop Khan and Tia told PTI, I have chosen a contestant and discussed it with the production house, and will start shooting after this show, It does not matter where the contestant stands in the Indian Idol show....

MUMBAI: Known for his penchant for good music, filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra has now roped in music director Pritam to compose music for his next film �Ferrari Ki Sawari'. Vidhu Vinod Chopra heard one of the songs composed by the popular music director, after which he decided to meet Pritam to discuss the music for his new film.
