MUMBAI: SiriusXM announced that it will exclusively broadcast Foo Fighters’ concert on 5 December, from Irving Plaza in New York City.
The just-announced concert will air live on SiriusXM's Alt Nation, channel 36, on 5 December at 10 pm ET via satellite and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App on smart-phones and other connected devices, as well as online at siriusxm.com. Additionally, Howard Stern's exclusive SiriusXM channel Howard 101 will present encore broadcasts of the concert on Friday, 12 December and Saturday, 13 December at 7 pm and 10 pm ET.
Foo Fighters will celebrate their new Sonic Highways album and the finale of their HBO documentary series with the concert at Irving Plaza in New York City.
Foo Fighters recently took over SiriusXM's Lithium, channel 34, prior to the release of Sonic Highways, for 'Foo Fighters Radio'.
Subscribers can enter for the chance to win a pair of tickets to the concert through December 3 at 1.30 pm ET. Foo Fighters World Tour kicks off in North America on 4 July, 2015 in Washington, DC.
Alt Nation plays the latest alternative rock releases including Foster The People, Young The Giant, The Black Keys, Cage The Elephant and Grouplove.
