MUMBAI: Distinguished percussionist Ranjit Barot along with Sridhar Parthasarathy performed at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Saturday, the 29th of January. The duo performed at an India-centric weekend gala called �India Inclusive,' at the Swiss ski resort. They presented a composition inspired by three ragas -- Desh, Charukeshi and Yog -- to showcase the millennia-old musical legacy of India and its relationship with the West. The eight-minute symphony followed by a five-minute interlude was rooted in Indian classical music.
