T-Series laps up Kunal Kohli's next project

MUMBAI: Music giant T-series has acquired the audio rights of director Kunal Kohli's next film starring Saif Ali Khan. Produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd, the untitled film is another addition in the T-Series kitty. The acquisition has come as part of a five-film music deal signed between the two companies early this year.

MUMBAI: After winning accolades world wide, musician Illayaraja is all set to add another feather to his cap. The much acclaimed musician along with L. Govt approves Rs 1 bn for strengthening AIR, DD b'casting in J&K

NEW DELHI: A scheme of Rs One billion has been approved by the Government for strengthening the transmission of broadcasting signals in Jammu and Kashmir to counter hostile propaganda from across the border. Some programs have already been taken up under this scheme both for All India Radio and Doordarshan. High Power Transmitters are being set up at three new locations in Srinagar, Leh and Jammu for AIR and DD. These will have the capacity of 10 KW each.
