Fourth consecutive week at the top for BIG FM in Mumbai

MUMBAI: BIG FM's growth at the top of the chart continues with the rise in share by 0.1%, resulting to 18.4 per cent, and T.S.L. of 6.23. BIG FM continues to lead Radio City as the best performer and continued the dominance through the Week 06. Radio City's shares fell from 17.6 per cent to 15.8 per cent, and the T.S.L. from 5.31 to 5.01. However, the Week 06 figures for Radio City did not stop the station to retain the second position. Fever FM regained the third position with shares rising to 15 per cent (compared to 14, last week) and T.S.L of 7.19 (highest in the city). Radio Mirchi (13.4 per cent shares) and Red FM (10.5 per cent) follow Fever FM at the fourth and fifth positions respectively, whereas Oye! FM jumped up by one position.

In Delhi, Fever FM topped the chart albeit shares falling down from 20 per cent to 19 per cent. The T.S.L for Fever FM fell from 4.55 to 4.41, however, the resulting figures helped them comfortably retain the top position. Radio Mirchi retained the second position despite fall in shares from 14.1 per cent to 13.1 per cent, and T.S.L of 3.15. Radio City finished the week at the third position with 12.5 per cent of shares. Red FM with 10.9 per cent shares and T.S.L. of 2.57 retain the fourth position. Big FM (shares- 10.7 per cent), Oye! FM (shares- 6.5 per cent) finish the week at fifth and sixth positions, respectively. Hit FM (shares- 3.9 per cent) finish at the bottom of the chart.

In Kolkata, Radio Mirchi continues to dominate with shares of 19.4 per cent and T.S.L of 4.27. BIG FM's slump in shares continue with latest week's figure show 15 per cent in shares, and T.S.L. of 5.31. However, the latest figures did not stop BIG FM from retaining the second position. Fever FM finished Week 06 at the third position with shares of 15 per cent and T.S.L dropped from 5.35 to 5.27. The following two positions remain unchanged with Oye! FM (10.2 per cent shares) and Aamar FM (9.1 per cent shares) finishing the week at fourth and fifth positions. Red FM (8.5 per cent) at seventh, Friends FM (4.4 per cent) at eighth and Power FM (2.9 per cent) at ninth positions makes for the week 06 charts in Kolkata.

Maintaining the stat of the radio station with the highest T.S.L (10.25) in the country, Radio City Bengaluru finished the sixth week with 23.5 per cent shares. Big FM retained the second position in Bengaluru with the shares of 20.4 per cent and T.S.L of 8.1. Radio Mirchi (shares - 16.2 per cent), Fever FM (14 per cent), and Red FM (5.4 per cent) finished the week at third, fourth and fifth positions respectively. Radio Indigo recorded the lowest per cent of shares in the city (2.2) and T.S.L of 3.16.
