MUMBAI: Dutch producer Vato Gonzalez has unveiled his brand-new track, Whiskey Riddim, a vibrant production which serves as the follow up to his massive mainstage stomper Bump and Grind (Bassline Riddim), which has amassed over six million Spotify streams, and received the support of a wealth of names in the industry, including Heldeep Boss, Oliver Heldens.

Packed with dynamic chord patterns and a rich vocal, Whiskey Riddim showcases Vato’s signature bass-heavy tones, and looks set to make a big impact across festival main-stages this summer. The track follows Vato’s recent remix of Years & Years by Sanctify which has racked up over one million streams and been supported across BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra.

Having previously collaborated with, or remixed, artists such as Major Lazer, Taio Cruz, DJ Fresh, Tyga, Skepta and Wiley, Vato Gonzalez has sold out venues like New York’s Webster Hall, and performed at Bootshaus (Cologne), Privilege (Ibiza), Avalon (Los Angeles), and Ministry of  Sound (London), as well as major festivals like Tomorrowland, flicking between his primetime main stage sets and more underground club stages.

With tracks on various esteemed labels in recent years, including Armada Deep, Ultra Records,  Ministry of Sound, Spinnin’  Records, Dim Mak, and Mad Decent, Vato received high praise from the latter’s head honcho, American superstar Diplo, prior to launching a myriad of releases on his own Dirty House label.

Garnering radio support from the likes of Mistajam, DJ Target and Toddla T at BBC Radio 1, as well as Kiss Fresh and Rinse FM on his previous release Bump and Grind, Vato Gonzalez’s Whiskey Riddim will look to tread the same path, and is out now.
