Big Music to acquire Euphoria's next album

MUMBAI: Indi-pop band Euphoria is back in the music scene with their latest offering to be released tentatively in October. The music rights of this seventh album has been acquired by Big Music.

Confirming the acquisition, Big Music CEO Kulmeet Makkar says, We are in talks with Euphoria to launch their album and the final deal is yet to be signed....

The album will have 12 songs and the lyrics are penned by the band's lead singer Palash Sen. We have a very special sound for the album. It will be similar to the sort of music that Euphoria is known to compose. Also the lyrics will be given a lot of emphasis,... says Palash  

The band is also looking forward to lot of collaborations for the album. We are looking forward to bring Shreya Ghoshal on board and roping composer Pritam to sing for the album as not many people know about his singing prowess. We are also looking forward to collaborate with Wajid from Sajid-Wajid duo,... says Palash.

This is Euphoria's seventh album to be released after their earlier releases- Dhoom, Phir Dhoom and a single called Mantra with Archies Music, Gully with T-Series, Mehfuz and Redhoom with Saregama.

Apart from this non-film album, the band is also venturing into Bollywood by composing for Manish Jha's �Mumbai Cutting' which will also see Palash as one of the lead actors.
