When I think about Michael I get chocked: Katherine Jackson

MUMBAI: On June 25, 2009, the world of pop came crashing down. Michael Jackson said good-bye to the world. This year, on 2nd death anniversary of the King of Pop..., BIG CBS Love will bring Michael Jackson's secret world to his fans. Paying tribute to MJ, Oprah Winfrey will talk to Katherine Jackson on her show, about her son and things that the world didn't know about their favorite pop star, only on BIG CBS Love.

Like all his fans, MJ's mother too did not want to believe that her beloved son had passed away. Sitting in the home the Jackson family, Katherine recalls some of her fondest memories of her son Michael Jackson growing up within those walls. These memories are the subject of Katherine's new book, Never Can Say Goodbye, a tribute to Michael. Being of mother of controversy's child', Katherine thought her book is the best way to let the world know that Michael was a good son and a great father. With personal stories and never before-seen photographs included in the book, Oprah asks Katherine why she wanted to share these stories with the world.

"I wanted to do it for his fans and for the people that misunderstood him," Katherine says. "Do you think he was misunderstood?" Oprah asks."Yes," Katherine says. "I do." Though Never Can Say Goodbye features many images of Michael throughout the years, Katherine says one image of her son as a little boy is the portrait she has in her mind when she thinks of him.

"I think of my son all through the day, all the time and I don't like to talk about him because I get all choked up," Katherine says. She pauses and continues, "A baby in my arms, naming him with my mother. ... That comes to my mind every day. ... And sometimes during the day, I can hear his laughter in my mind."

Watch the King of Pop's mother, Katherine Jackson, share some secrets about Michael Jackson on The Oprah Winfrey Show exclusively on BIG CBS Love, June 24 at 9 pm.
