Musical Night out for Yuvraj Singh

MUMBAI: Taking a break from Cricket, Yuvraj Singh was seen on Tuesday evening at St. Andrews Auditorium to enjoy the Music. It was the evening where Broadway Music Director and Music Arranger Sajjad Ali Chandwani unveiled his brain-child Mousiqui – A Musical Ascendence of Life which takes the audience to experience five different stages of life through the different forms of Contemporary Indian Music.

Asked about his presence at the concert Yuvi said, We face chin music on the ground, but at heart I am a pukka Music Lover.... Continuing he said he has heard Sajjad Ali Chandwani earlier and he liked his music. In Punjab we find Music in everything. We just need a chance to sing or do a jig. Talking about Mousiqui, I loved the concept. And coming it from the seasoned music director like Sajjad Ali Chandwani it was marvelous....

Mousiqui was arranged by A & G Partners in association with Shaf Dani Entertainment. The event was supported by Gitanjali, Big 92.7 FM, Bright Outdoor Media, Music India, and White Tiger Productions and was marketed by Culture Brandz. Mousiqui is slated to initiate tours across India early in 2012.
