Luke Kenny appointed as 'Guest Editor' at Radioandmusic.com

MUMBAI: Matching up to the ever evolving radio and music industry, online portal Radioandmusic.com has grown at a rapid pace over the years. In its fifth year, the one stop music destination is all geared up to continue to match the needs of the industry through its anniversary celebrations. Multi-faceted actor and 9XO programming head Luke Kenny was appointed as the second ‘Guest Editor’ at Radioandmusic.com.

Kenny came on-board and completely justified the editor’s chair with interactive sessions comprising of interviews, stories and anecdotes about his journey in the industry. Besides writing and editing stories,Kenny enthralled the employees with a musical perfomance.

The multi-talented artiste also guided the young and budding journalists on how can they get more traffic on RNM. Kenny was impressed by the content and news coverage on the portal, particularly the way it is presented through different sections. He complimented the content offering by stating that 'everything related to the Indian music industry and the radio business is there on RNM'.

Commenting on his experience as guest editor, Kenny said, “I have been following RNM from quite sometime now and it’s got the most comprehensive access and knowledge which leads to a democratic vision of what the industry is all about. The site is very clear and does not fudge information which is great. Big cheers to the next five years too. It has been a fantastic and enriching experience being the editor here and I would surely recommend it to the industry.”

Kenny also offered valuable feedback on making the one stop radio and music destination more effective for readers. A slight change in the user interface, colour and live streaming are the steps to be undertaken to enrich the user experience.

Since its inception in 2007, RNM has grown step in step with the industry by constantly providing the latest happenings in the radio and music industry. -It has witnessed massive growth over the years and the database currently reads at over 60,000 and is constantly growing to achieve record breaking numbers.
