Times Music's Junglee Music enters Rajasthani film music space

MUMBAI: Junglee Music has entered in the Rajasthani film music space by acquiring music rights of the film 'Marudhar Mharo Ghar'. Reality show famed composer Raja Hasan composed music for the film.

Apart from Hasan, other singers who feature on the soundtrack include Shankar Mahdevan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Roopkumar Rathod, Ravindra Upadhyay, Swaroop Khan and Pragya Sudhani. Hasan told Radioandmusic.com, "I have maintained a good relation with Times Music. When I took my music to them, they keenly took it up. I am happy that Times Music is helping me take my music to a bigger platform."

He further added, "The Company has entered the space for the first time, so I see this as an opportunity to take regional music of Rajasthan to larger audiences."

Talking about the four tracks, Hasan said, "The songs are created in a way that would suit the international taste. It is necessary to have good support for regional music to reach out to the world."

'Marudhar Mharo Ghar' is a Rajasthani film produced by Hasan's father Rafik Sagar. The action-drama film will release in September in Rajasthan, and depending on the response it will be released in different states.

Hasan was a finalist on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007 and has sung for a number of films like 'Bachna Ae Haseeno', 'De Taali' and 'A Flat' to name a few.
