Vijay’s last song ‘Google Google’ from ‘Thuppakki’ was a massive hit. GV Prakash's recent tweet said, "Young Maestro Recording Ilayathalabathy! He's doing a fab job with d song!!” GV Prakash first appeared as a vocalist on the soundtrack of director S Shankar's Tamil film Gentleman. He had given the background score of the Hindi film Gangs of Wasseypur.

MUMBAI: Legendary violinist MS Gopalakrishnan passed away at around 2 am on Thursday morning in Chennai. He was admitted to a city hospital following complaints of breathlessness yesterday evening. 82-year old veteran has been a recipient of the Padma Bhushan, Padma Sri, Kalaimamani, Sangeetha Kalanidhi and 1997 Sangeet Natak Akademi awards, and is commonly grouped with Lalgudi Jayaraman and TN Krishnan as part of the violin-trinity of carnatic music.
