NH7 Weekender 2016 announces names of artists selected for the NH7 Periphery Art Project

MUMBAI: A unique theme-based travelling exhibit, The NH7 Periphery Art Project will be part of the happiest music festival in Shillong on October 21-22, Hyderabad November 5- 6 and Pune December 2-4.  NH7 Weekender is known to go beyond featuring music at the festival to showcasing some of the most intriguing art works including elaborate installations, intricate stage designs and graffiti.

The NH7 Periphery Art Project represents NH7 Weekender’s collaboration with Bombay Duck Designs to engage and encourage artists and celebrate new ideas through the power of art. Led by Bombay Duck Designs, the project will build a community of handpicked artists to showcase their unique artworks which will travel across all three cities.

NH7 Weekender and Bombay Duck Designs have announced the list of 30 artists who have been selected for the The NH7 Periphery Art Project. Their designs were inspired by a common theme 'Utopia' and will be on display at BACARDÍ NH7 Weekender Shillong, Hyderabad & Pune as well as all Express Editions - Kolkata, Puducherry, Mysore, Nagpur and Jaipur.
