MTV, India's leading multimedia youth platform, known for its unpredictably hilarious property, MTV Bakra, celebrates April Fools Day with the IBL - The �Indian Bakra League' - an MTV Bakra Din Special! Keeping with the �cricketing' flavor of the month, with IPL, MTV unleashes a Bakra on everyone… cricketers, commentators and fans! What's more, for the first time in the history of Indian television, only Bingo advertisements will play out on the channel all day through April 1st!

Hosted by Cyrus Broacha, get ready for a day long play out of cricketing bakras, featuring the team of Virendra Sehwag, Rahul Dravid, VJs Ayushmann and Jose, Vinod Kambli hitting wickets and getting hit wicket! Linked by Captain Broacha across a 1 hour special with multiple repeats not just on April 1, but as individual gags across a fortnight.

MTV Bakra was originally a small segment on the channel called �True Lies' .Taking off from the success of the segment it was eventually made into a brand new independent show - MTV Bakra, and the rest, as they say, is history! The show has only got bigger and crazier with gags across various cities, colleges, catching Bakras across the social spectrum… the regular and the famous!

The early days of MTV Bakra where one saw Cyrus Broacha play various barber shop gags, were some of MTV Bakra's greatest moments. Many a time, the Bakras have back fired on Cyrus leaving him in embarrassing situations which led to gags being played on him with the help of extremely willing celebrities!
