MUMBAI: Sushilkumar Agrawal, CEO of Ultra Media & Entertainment Private Ltd is elected as the Director of ‘The Indian Performing Right Society Ltd’. 

The Indian Performing Right Society Ltd. (IPRS) is the sole authorized body to issue Licenses permitting usage of the original music by any person or establishment within India. It collects royalties from the users of this music and shares it with its Members i.e. the Author (lyricists), Composer (music directors), Owners (producers) of films and publishers (music companies).

Being in the content acquisition and distribution business, Ultra has tie-ups with all the leading Indian and International Copyright Societies including IPRS. Ultra has a huge library of films and non-films music rights across various languages and genres. Ultra also has its presence on all leading music services like Gaana.com, Jio Saavn, Wynk, iTune, Amazon Music, Spotify and many other international services. Ultra also have tie-ups with the leading network service providers like Vodafone Idea, Airtel, Jio etc for other value added services.
