Saregama releases music of marathi film 'Ajintha'

MUMBAI:  Saregama has released the music of historic marathi film ‘Ajintha’ that revolves around the history of Maharashtra.

The music of the film is composed by Kaushal S Inamdar and penned by ND Mahanor.  The album has variety of songs rendered by Kaushal Inamdar, Ravindra Sathe, Avdhoot Gupte  and Suresh Wadkar amongst others.

Saregama India Ltd business head-music Adarsh Gupta said, “The music of Ajintha is a piece of art that will stay relevant forever just like the caves. It gives me a great sense of pride to be associated with the music of Ajintha an epic film based on the UNESCO World Heritage Site Ajanta Caves. The film explores the truth of discovering the Ajanta Caves and its beautiful paintings. Produced under Chandrakant Productions, the film is a brain child and the directorial debut of the internationally acclaimed production designer and  producer Nitin Chandrakant Desai. It is a love story of British officer who fell in love with the Indian villager named Paro.
