This year, the festival travels to five cities. The journey kicks off in beautiful Shillong, where the festival will be held for the first time on October 23-24. From Shillong, the festival travels to the remaining four editions of the festival - October 31-November 1 in Kolkata, November 28-29 in New Delhi, December 4-6 in Pune and December 5-6 in Bangalore. Over 100 artists across diverse genres will play on five different stages at the festival this year - with huge global names like AR Rahman, Mark Ronson, Megadeth and Rodrigo y Gabriella on the bill. The lineup was announced on social media on Tuesday, August 5 with many of the festival’s fans, supporters and artists announcing names of artists performing over the course of the day with a nationwide Twitter trend starting from noon itself.

Speaking about this year’s BACARDÍ NH7 Weekender lineup, Bacardi India, Director- Marketing & Sales, Manish Seth, says, “BACARDÍ has been the forefront of innovative music experiences in the country. We have been consistent with this strategy since our inception in India, and BACARDÍ NH7 Weekender is one of our longest tie ups in this effort. We have ambitioned to raise the bar higher every year with many Untameable experiences like the Giant Ferrous Wheel, hot air balloon rides and others in the last five years. This year we launch with OML one of the biggest line ups ever in our endeavor to take the festival experience another notch higher”
