Mirchi, Shemaroo launch DVD tribute to Golden Era music maestros
* Maestros of Melody celebrates songs of 25 legends; has RJ Anmol's commentary
MUMBAI: Radio Mirchi and Shemaroo Entertainment have brought out an exclusive DVD collection called �Maestros of Melody', something lovers of the golden era of music should cherish. The DVD encompasses songs of the 25 legends, including S.D. Burman, R.D Burman, Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhonsle, Mohd. Rafi, O.P Nayyar, Sahir Ludhianvi and Majrooh Sultanpuri, who made themselves unforgettable with their eternal creations.
A special feature of the DVD, apart from the excellent videos of the songs, is RJ Anmol's narration of interesting stories about the music stalwarts.
Recently, RJ Anmol met the legendary Asha Bhosle and gifted her a copy of �Maestros of Melody' Anmol was thrilled to be in the company of the celebrated singer as they took a trip down memory lane and reminisced about the days when the versatile maestros of melody and music created a charming world with their unforgettable compositions.
