Buddy Guy to perform at Mahindra Blues Fest

MUMBAI: Chicago Blues veteran and five times Grammy award winner Buddy Guy will revisit India to perform at the second edition of the Mahindra Blues Festival 2012.  The weekend fest will be held on 11-12 February at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai.

Other legends like Robert Randolph, Taj Mahal Trio, John Lee Hooker Jr, Ana Popovic and Soulmate will also perfom at the concert.

Speaking about the festival, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd managing director and VC Anand Mahindra said, The Mahindra Blues Festival – now an annual event and in its second year – is an endeavour to promote a genre that has yet to receive the recognition it deserves in India and around the world....

The Mahindra Blues Festival is promoted and produced by Oranjuice Entertainment.
