MUMBAI: Big CBS Spark,  the music channel for the youth from RBNL and CBS joint venture, is juggling hard to offer its listeners with the best of international content. After hosting multiple international concerts of world renowned artistes, the channel is all set to launch a new show ‘International Music Favorites’ by July-end or first week of August.

The show will hunt for Indian youths’ favorite international singers and finally culminate into ‘International Music Viewers Choice Awards’. Artistes will be nominated from across genres of music, and viewers will decide on the winners. The show will be anchored by young singer-songwriter, performer and television host Neha Bhasin.

International Music Favorites is classified into eight categories which include - Best Video of the Year-Male, Best Video of the Year-Female, Best Debutant, Best Collaboration, Best Hip-Hop Video, Best Rock Video, Best Pop Video, Best Direction of a Music Video and Best Lyrics. With each episode showcasing one category, the nominees highlighted will be left open for viewers to vote for and decide the winner.

The hour-long show will feature music videos of artistes like Lady Gaga, Incubus, DJ Avicii, Maroon 5 and Chris Brown amongst others. Bhasin, who will anchor the show will give enriching trivia and information on the artists and songs. The eight category episodes will culminate with a finale episode which will reveal winners. The show will be spread across nine episodes and will be aired on Sunday evenings.

To promote the show across all platforms, the channel will host a multi-media campaign across television, radio, print, out of home and social media.
