Bajaj Allianz ropes in radio to push 'Tax Campaign'

BANGALORE: Life and general insurer Bajaj Allianz (Bajaj) recently launched an innovative brand building campaign to run for a month across a number of cities, christened the Tax Campaign'.
In an innovative twist, the company will use FM radio to push awareness about the campaign in these cities.

Based on the premise –Meet-Save-Smile, hi-tech vans branded as a Tax Emergency Van' in the shape of an ambulance will disseminate information on tax planning. The van will travel across prime areas of the cities and important malls in order to help people save taxes through Bajaj's insurance policies.

Besides television, the brand has tied up with Big FM, Red FM and My FM to create awareness about the campaign in the cities in which the vans will run.

The campaign which commenced in Hyderabad had to be curtailed there after the first day which brought in about 120 people with tax queries, because of the Telenganga issue.
