Motorola launches music phone Motoyuva W270

BANGALORE: Motorola has launched the Motoyuva W270, a cell phone that offers an inbuilt MP3 player and easy-to-use music capabilities with dedicated MP3 and FM keys.

Even with the flip closed, Motoyuva W270 offers keys to play/stop, adjust the volume for music, change FM channels and MP3 music tracks. The phone has an integrated stereo FM radio with RDS support7 that allows viewing the FM station, artiste's name and name of the song being played.Motoyuva W270 offers storage of up to 2 GB of expandable memory. The enhanced battery provides a talk time of up to 550 minutes5 and 450 hours of standby time, claims Motorla.

Motoyuva W270 also offers phone capabilities with CrystalTalk?? technology that helps reduce ambient noise. Weighing 94 grams, the Motoyuva W270 has a 128X128 pixels 65,000 colour display.

"We believe Motoyuva W270 will redefine mobile music and create a paradigm shift in 'making music listening a style statement'," says Motorola's Mobile Devices Director Marketing, India & South West Asia. Lloyd Mathias. "Motoyuva W270 is a music lover's dream in a stylish, attractively priced clamshell form factor."

The Motoyuva W270 is enabled with GPRS1 Class 10.The mobile phone has the capability to synchronize with Windows Media Player version 11 and above. It comes with a 256MB microSD card, USB cable and stereo headset at a price of Rs 3,360 (MRP: Rs 3,583).
