More power to æradioÆ at æThe India Radio Forum and æExcellence in Radio AwardsÆ

MUMBAI: Celebrating and honouring excellence in the radio industry, the country’s premier Radio awards, The India Radio Forum (IRF) and Excellence in Radio Awards (ERA) is all set to be held on the 31 May, at The Leela Ambience Gurgaon Hotel and Residences.

The event brings together high-achievers, leaders, and pioneers in the industry under one roof in recognition of the best, in the year gone by. The theme, ‘The New Wave’ promises to unveil a new chapter in the Radio industry and bring together the best in the business.

The Forum will give a platform to the most important influencers on Radio, the Radio jocks that play an imperative role in driving marketing strategies, sales and brand building. Engaging conversations and vast audience appeal on this topic, the forum will host a session on ‘Influencer Marketing - The Gamechangers That Weave Magic Through Their Stories’ with RJ Ginnie of Radio City, RJ Naved of Radio Mirchi, RJ Nitin of BIG FM and RJ Raunac of Red FM. The panel will be moderated by Akash Banerjee, Co-Founder, NAB Digital Media and Host of the DeshBhakt.

The world of advertising is constantly and rapidly evolving. To deliver meaningful campaigns, the event will also bear witness to eminent speakers from the industry like Big FM CEO Abraham Thomas, CEO, LV Krishnan, CEO, TAM Media Research, Rajiv Dubey, General Manager, Dabur India, Riya Mukherjee, Founder, RMWP, Ashwin Padmanabhan of GroupM, Anita Bose of Madison Media, Dentsu X CEO Divya Karani.

Being a popularity-based awards, the audience will get a chance to vote for their favourite RJ on IRF’s official Facebook page. In keeping with the previous editions, the 14th ERA awards promise to be a celebration of the industry and a fitting platform to network and connect for the attendees.
