2013 Oscar music nominations announced

MUMBAI: The 85th Academy Awards have announced its nominations in all categories for the 2013 awards ceremony slated to be held on 24 February at Dolby Theatre, Hollywood. Leading the nominees in music were popular films ‘Life of Pi’ and ‘Skyfall’ with four nods each. The films bagged nominations in categories like ‘Best Original Score’, ‘Best Sound Editing’, ‘Best Sound Mixing’ and ‘Best Original Song’ – ‘Pi's Lullaby’ (Life of Pi) and ‘Skyfall’ (Skyfall) respectively.
