Nine FM, Siliguri organized "Anandamela" for underpriviliged children from CINI

MUMBAI: Nine FM, a dedicated media company operating in North Bengal & Sikkim is also aware of its social responsibilities. As a part of the corporate social responsibility Nine initiated "Anandamela".

On the ocassion of Maha Saptami Nine organized Pandal Hopping for the children of CINI-Child in Need Institute.

CINI works with 8000-10000 underpriviliged children in West Bengal. Projects entitld "ensuring protection to children and adolescents from abuse and exploitation" and 'child protection and education programmes for the children living in and around red light areas in Siliguri" was initiated by CINI.
In appreciation to the noble work undertaken by CINI, Nine responded by organizing "Anandamela". Children from CINI Centres were taken for a Puja's Day Out. Sinci the entire Nine Team were excited for the program, Best preparation was anticipated.

Mr. Bobby Gupta, CEO, Nine, flagged-off the Nine Team escorting the children at 11.00 am. The children enjoyed the company to the Nine RJ's through-out the tour. Inter-active fun-games were organized by Nine RJ's. Pandals were exciting but joy rides, chats, puchkas & ice-creams were childrens' delight.
The children were dropped at CINI Centre in the evening. "The contribution to the society gives inner satisfaction and a reason to do more" spoke Mr. Bobby Gupta while handing the parting gifts & the smiling faces of children said it all.
