MUMBAI: Jazz Goa is gearing for the launch of the first western music app outside India. With an initial launch along with twelve different genres of jazz, the app is something to look out for.

Jazz Standards, Lounge Fusion, Vocal Jazz, Smooth Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Latin Jazz, Indo-Jazz Fusion, Indo-Jazz Smooth-Jazz Fusion, Jazz Saxophone, Jazz-Bossanova, Bollywood Jazz and Konkani Jazz are the twelve genres of jazz, the app will be launched with.

Apart from having interpretations of jazz standards provided by local artists, the app content will also comprise of original jazz created in Goa. Eight radio stations that are broadcasting eight different jazz genres, in half an hour module format, will be also be available on this app.

The app will be launched with only Goan jazz talent and will comprise of every genre of exceptional western music talent, across India. This app will, therefore, provide a global platform to Indian artists to get heard on an international level, via this app.

Developed by Delhi based Yukti Solutions, this western app will not only fulfil all international standards, but will also be available for a free download from 1 October 2018.
