Hyderabad Musician composes song on Delhi rape incident

MUMBAI: Reacting to the Delhi rape and pained by the talk of Hyderabadis not coming forward protesting incident in huge numbers, Hyderabad based Ashwin Palaparthi, an entrepreneur turned music composer composes a song ‘Ab aur nahi, ab aur nahi…’. This song is my emotional outburst on the recent Delhi incident and this is also to show that a Hyderabadi has supported the protest through music, informs Ashwin. If pen is a gun, music and pen together is a missile, opines Ashwin.

This short one and a half minute video which is available online on YouTube is done as first in series from Ash Music Factory, a YouTube channel floated by the young composer. Ashwin Palaparthi has composed the music while Saba Yunus, Kanpur has penned the lyrics. Ramya Behara of Hyderabad has sung the composition. Laxman Lal and Nagaraju have done the video.

Anyone can use this song for any purpose. We hope that this short musical video will add positive vibrations to the victim's situation and those who run our country, and to the humanitarian values of people says Ashwin.

Lyrics of the song:

Ab aur nahi, Ab aur nahi, Ab aur nahi, Ab aur nahi,

Ab aur nahi, ab aur nahi, saari duniya sang kaha...

hai meri dua, koyi na bane, meri tarha, hoga na ye...

Ab aur nahi, ab aur nahi, saari duniya sang kaha...

hai meri dua, koyi na bane, meri tarha, hoga na ye...

Rooh ko meri, chhalni kiya... Jism ko bhi, noch liya...

Mai ne jo sahaa, sab hai gava, Mere zakham, jahaan jhel raha...

Mile badtar, mujrim ko sazaa, bane kanoon hai meri dua

Ab aur nahi, ab aur nahi, saari duniya sang kaha...

Ashwin Palaparthi was in software testing industry previously. He built and sold his company ValueMinds to AppLabs (AppLabs is sold to CSC). Passionate to become a music director, his earlier compositions include ‘Nuvvo Kala’ and ‘Plz… Vinaddu’. He quit software testing to dedicate his time for composing music.

Ashwin Palaparthi is soon launching multiple Hindi songs in the label of Ash Music Factory. Ashwin Palaparthi is also soon launching a web application that acts as a "Box Office of trends in social networks" for the Indian film music directors (by name ‘Musistics’).
