Samsung launches business phone SGH-i780 through MobileStore

MUMBAI: Samsung has introduced the SGH-i780, a new business phone in the Indian market. The phone will exclusively be displayed at all The MobileStore outlets in India for two weeks from 8 July.

Samsung Telecommunications India Country Head Sunil Dutt says, "The exclusive premiere of the i780 through the widespread network of The MobileStore coupled with the touch-and-feel consumer experience provided at these stores, I am confident, will create a very positive initial buzz for this Business phone."

The MobileStore Limited CEO and Director Rajiv Agarwal comments, "We are glad to be associated with Samsung for this exclusive tie-up for SGH-i780.

The newly launched i780, promises to be one of the best business phones in the market, and customers can buy it exclusively at select outlets of The MobileStore. The handset has a memory of 150 MB and support microSD to expand the memory.It also features sharing via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and entertains with its music player.

SGH-i780 runs on Windows Mobile 6.0. Featuring an optical mouse and a full QWERTY keyboard the phone weighs a mere 120 gms. The phone has a 2 megapixel camera equipped with flash and video recording feature. The phone also comes with GPRS, EDGE and 3G connectivity.
