Videocon launches new selfies smart-phone

MUMBAI: On Thursday, Videocon announced its selfie-focused smartphone, called Infinium Z40 Quad, with a 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera. The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) Videocon Infinium Z40 Quad runs Android 4.4 KitKat and features a 4-inch WVGA (480x800 pixels) IPS display. It packs a 1.3GHz quad-core (unknown chipset) processor coupled with 512MB of RAM.

The Infinium Z40 Quad sports a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with BSI sensor and LED flash, along with a 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The smartphone features 4GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). Connectivity options on the Infinium Z40 Quad include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS/ A-GPS and FM radio. The handset measures 125x63.2x9.4mm and packs a 1400mAh battery.

The smart-phone is priced at Rs. 5,490
