RIM launches Blackberry Curve 9360 in India

MUMBAI: After launching Blackberry 9860 Torch last week, Research in Motion (RIM) has launched another Os7 based smartphone Curve 9360 in India.

Curve 9360 sports 2.4 inch screen with 480 x 360 pixels resolution and QWERTY keyboard. The handset comes with an optical trackpad, 5MP camera with flash, video recording GPS, supports 32GB expandable micro SD card, Wi-Fi and NFC (near field communication) technology. The device also features �BlackBerry Protect' which allows users to back up their personal data.

RIM India MD Frenny Bawa said, "Curve series has been extremely popular in India and we are excited to launch Curve 9360. It features a new design along with a performance upgrade and better mobile social experience."

Curve 9360 is priced at Rs 19,990.
