Nokia launches two handsets 301 and 105

MUMBAI: Nokia has unveiled two devices- Nokia 301 and 105 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Nokia mobile phones executive vice president Timo Toikkanen said, “In every aspect, the Nokia 301 is a higher-performance mobile phone with Nokia touches like beautiful design and vibrant colour. It is an instant classic: it builds on Nokia’s heritage by combining well-loved features with smarter capabilities in one appealing and affordable device.”

Nokia 301 sports 2.4-inch screen, 3.2 MP camera, 'panorama' for wide-angle and group photos. The 3G handset allows YouTube streaming and also has apps such as Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp. The phone also features 'lite' version of Mail for Exchange that lets users check work email and sync their calendars and contacts.

Nokia 105 features 1.45-inch colour screen, FM radio, speaking clock, built-in flashlight and 12.5 hours of talk time.

Nokia 301 is priced around $85 (Rs 4,500) and comes in single and dual-SIM models, while Nokia 105 costs Rs 1,000. Both the phones will be launched in India by March-end.
