Contract Advertising, Scarecrow Communications bag 10 awards each for radio singles/ craft at Goafest 2016

MUMBAI: Day 2 of Goafest 2016 was a big one for the agencies who have been working hard on creating content for radio, broadcast and print as they were awarded under the Creative Abbys.

The clear winners for the Radio Single and Radio Craft category were Contract Advertising Gurgaon and Scarecrow Communications Mumbai, both of whom went home with 10 awards each. Contract won eight bronzes and two silvers while Scarecrow Communications bagged nine bronzes and one silver.

Dentsu Creative Impact, a Dentsu Aegis Network Company came close with nine bronze awards.

JWT- Mumbai and Rediffusion Dentsu Young & Rubicam Pvt. Ltd - Mumbai took third and fourth place at the Goafest -Creative Abbys. JWT bagged six awards which included two bronzes, three silvers, and one gold. The agency won both gold and silver for its campaign for Godrej Dual Video Door Phone, titled ‘Paani’ and ‘Mama’ respectively. On the other hand, Rediffusion took back four awards that had a mix of three bronze and one silver.

Rediffusion’s campaign for Resurgent Rajasthan fetched it the bronze in the corporate category of ‘Radio Singles’, while it also bagged the Original Music Score as well as the Voice Performance and Production awards in ‘Radio Craft’.

Scarecrow’s Wagh Bakri campaign won it bronzes in the Writing and Production sub categories, and a bronze for its ‘Monsoon’ campaign in the Beverages category of Radio Singles. Contract won one silver and a bronze for its campaign for Truecaller, and another bronze in the Business and Home Services category for the Radio Singles.

Rubecon Communications had a lone bronze.
