Indian Fusion Band 'Cosmic Strings' launches debut album online

MUMBAI: Cosmic Strings a new fusion music band co-founded by Pritam Sunar and Akshay Saxena, today released their first album "Unstring" globally through their band website www.cosmicstringsmusic.com. The album will also be available on iTunes and other online music stores. The album comprises of seven tracks Zindagi, Nayan, Yahaan, Saveron se, Chahat, I'll be there, Pyar kar which are available for free download for their fans till 10 May on the site.

LA metal band 'Distorted Fate' to perform at benefit concert 'Metal Bash'

MUMBAI: LA metal band 'Distorted Fate' has confirmed to perform at a metal/hard rock benefit show �Metal Bash' for Japan earthquake and tsunami victims on 18th June 2011 at Simi Valley, California. The band members are Drummer Brian Banner and guitarist Bob Spears, vocalist Mike Weinberg and Aaron Cross. RBNL ups Siddharth Bhardwaj to national sales head

MUMBAI: Reliance Broadcast Network Limited (RBNL) has appointed Siddharth Bhardwaj as its national sales head. As part of his new portfolio, Bhardwaj will be responsible for sales and revenue generation for the company's 45 station radio network 92.7 Big FM and the recently launched regional television channel, Big Magic. Given the synergies between both businesses, he will lead the teams to market both these complementary businesses. In his position, as national sales head Bhardwaj will report to 92.7 Big FM business head Soumen Ghosh Choudhury.

Black Eyed Peas announce free Concert for charity
