MUMBAI: Expanding its footprints to attain a large base of the bollywood music market, T-Series has acquired distribution rights of a number of big budget and mid-level upcoming films in 2013. Further making it a musical year for them, the major music label has now bagged the audio rights of the film ‘Mr Money’ by Idea International.

The music album has been composed by Sanjeev Darshan, Amjad Nadeem and Sangeet Siddharth, and features soulful and peppy tracks rendered by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Mika, Neeraj Shridhar, Sabri Brothers, Javed Ali, Krushna, Amrita Kak, Mamta Sharma, Ritu Pathak and Lakshita Matta. The songs have been penned by Sameer, Anjaan Sagri, Satya Prakash, Sanjeev Rathod, Anand Gupta, Raj Sharma and Rikshhit Matta.

The music will be distributed by the label worldwide.

Speaking with Radioandmusic.com, T-Series president Neeraj Kalyan said, "We are always acquiring a large number of films and this year was no different. Even in 2013, we will have four of our home productions for release, so there is a lot of music coming out from us in 2013 and we will treat each one equally."

The emotional rollercoaster stars Krushna Abhishek, Ester Noronha, Rajpal Yadav, Manoj Joshi, Vrajesh Hirjee, Asrani, Jagdip, Gireesh Sahedev, Eva Grover and Upasna Singh in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Sunil Gulani and Anand Gupt under the banner of Idea International. The film is slated to release in 2013.

Apart from its home productions like Nautanki Saala, Aashiqui 2, Yaariyan and I Love NY, T-Series has also acquired the audio rights for upcoming films like Pritish Nandy Communications upcoming film ‘Shaadi Ke Side Effects’, Akash Vani, Jaawani Deewani and Krrish amongst others.
