MUMBAI: Saregama has launched a spiritual album �Vaako Naam Kabeer'.

The launch was graced by eminent personalities including filmmaker-composer-singer Vishal Bhardwaj and his wife Rekha, singer Suresh Wadkar, Devaki Pandit and Roop Kumar Rathod.

The album is created by the young Band of Kabeer, under the guidance of Sardar Kuldip who has been composing music for films and theatre for past 40 years. The 2 CD Pack album contains 50 age old Dohas, 11 songs and poems of Kabeer in a contemporary modern composition and musical arrangement. There is a narration at the beginning and the end of the tracks by eminent film and theatre personalities Shabana Aazmi and Javed Akhtar.
