Reliance Media World debuts on bourses

MUMBAI: Reliance Media World listed  on the exchanges today.

The company is part of Reliance Mediaworks which was formerly known as Adlabs Films. At 10:38 am, the stock was trading at Rs 139 on NSE.

On the BSE,  Reliance Media World listed at Rs 89.75. The stock is currently trading at Rs 138.50, down from a high of Rs 145. The stock has seen a low of Rs 59 since opening.

The radio business of Reliance MediaWorks (RML) was demerged into Reliance Media World (RMWL). As part of the demerger process, RMWL issued and allotted one fully-paid equity share of Rs 5 each for every one equity share of Rs 5 each held in RML.

Reliance Media World CEO Tarun Katial has told media that the company looking to break even at the operating level in FY10.
