India bags 1 silver, 2 bronze Radio Lotus at Adfest '10

MUMBAI: At the recently concluded Adfest 2010, Leo Burnett bagged the top honors for India winning two awards for Radio Lotus category .

The agency won a silver Radio Lotus for its campaign for Akshara Helpline in the Best of Social Engagements and bagged a bronze for SuperActive Complete in the Single for Best of Health and Personal Care category.

Taproot India won the bronze award for Nirma Shudh Salt for Best of Savory Foods & Seasoning category.

The award ceremony saw JWT swept 11 Lotuses across categories three gold, four silver and four bronze Lotuses, while TapRoot India and Leo Burnett bagged six each. Ogilvy won four metals while Contract Advertising won three. Rediffusion Y&R, Creativeland Asia, McCann Worldgroup and Publicis Communications took home one Lotus each.
