Kailasa compose for 'Dasvidaniya'

MUMBAI: With One More Thought Production's Hindi feature film Dasvidaniya, the Kailash-Naresh-Paresh trio enters into the Bollywood film composers' scene (their second film post 'Pranali'). The trio launched Dasvidaniya's music under the Junglee music label in the presence of the entire cast and crew on Thursday night in Mumbai.

The trio performed two songs from the film on the occasion – the melody seems fresh and the lyrics simple and meaningful. The song 'Mumma' was quite well received by those present at the venue.

Kailash Kher has earlier tasted success with his solo albums like Ya Rabba, Jhoomo Re and Kailasa. Now, the earthy singer collaborated with the 'Bheja Fry' team on their soon to release 'Dasvidaniya' – which means 'Good Bye' in Russian. The album boasts five tracks Muskura, Alvida and Mumma – other two being an instrumental and remix version of Muskura and Alvida. Besides Kailash Kher, Kal Ho Na Ho singer Sonu Niigaam has also lent his voice for the track Muskura. Lyrics for all the songs are credited to Kailash Kher.

Be it for films or for their solo albums, music comes naturally for Kailasa and with two tracks of Chandni Chowk to China in their kitty; the trio are gearing ahead with new projects – Faruque Kabir's Allah ke Bande and Rishton ki machine by Percept Films.

After giving the songs an ear, one is sure to say – 'Dasvidaniya' to other Bollywood tracks for a while!
