Shailee Sanghvi appointed Percept Talent Management COO
MUMBAI: Shailee Sanghvi has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Percept Talent Management (PTM).
Shailee, who was the associate vice-president of PTM till now, has been with the Percept Group since January 2003. As AVP in PTM, she handled the Sales and Marketing portfolio of Corporates, as well as the Celebrity Management and Relationship Management portfolios.
Meanwhile, Vinita Bangard has stepped down from her post as the COO, PTM. She has cited compelling family obligations and the extended time-off that will be required by her to tackle these personal issues as her reason for taking a break from PTM Bangard will be with the company till 30 April, 2010.
Manish Porwal will no longer be continuing in his role as CEO, PTM. Manish's contractual term with PTM was for two years lasting up to 2 January, 2010. Talks are currently in progress between the Board of Directors and Manish Porwal towards his working in an advisory capacity in the Intellectual Property (IP) space, says the company.
Percept Talent Management was launched in 2007 and signified a paradigm shift in the business of Talent Management in the Indian sub-continent.
