MUMBAI: Radio Mirchi has launched a contest Doon kya ek lakh on the morning show Hello Mumbai. From 5 to 19 December, the contest will be between 8.30 am to 10.30 am.

Four listeners will be chosen to try their luck in winning Rs 100,000.The contest is split into six levels of question and answer rounds. With every correct answer a person doubles his or her money but with one wrong answer he runs the risk of losing all the money earned so far. The contest will also have a celebrity round where stars will be invited to play and the money earned will be donated to charity.

Radio Mirchi Mumbai station director Sujata Bhatt said, "After the launch of our new jingle by Vishal and Shekhar, this is the next activity on Mirchi Mumbai. A contest is a great idea to have some fun on air; we are promoting the same heavily - on radio, print, outdoor, sms and the web."
