Radio One brings in 'Alter Ego' as part of 'One Bengaluru One Music'

MUMBAI: After a power packed performance by 'Live Banned' at the launch of 'One Bengaluru One Music' two weeks ago, 'Alter Ego', the Bangalore based band took centre-stage last evening at Turquoise, the on-ground partner for 'One Bengaluru One Music'.

The team of Alter Ego included Nishant 'NiDo' Lama - Lead Vocal/ Guitar, Vivek Rai - Lead Guitar/ Backing Vocal, Dhiraj Allay - Bass Guitar, Aashish Muralidhar - Drums/ Percussions and Pemba Dorjey Lama on the Keyboard.

The musical platform in association with Turquoise, aims to bring over 500 bands across 50 genres of music including classical, folk, carnatic, rock, beat boxing, blues, jazz and R&B under one roof.

Reviving the music scene in the city, the platform will witness performances by bands like Moonarra, Sulk Station, Blues Before Sunrise, Karma and Kryptos amongst others. The six-month long initiative will take place on every Thursday in the city.
