MUMBAI: Bringing back the biggest property fair in Madhya Pradesh for the third year, 94.3 MY FM partnered on Aashiyana 2010 to present new options in the property market for its listeners and residents of Bhopal. My Property Mela… Aashiyana 2010 this year not only got associated with REBI and the property experts but, also offered various schemes of loans through the trusted brand of Punjab National Bank.

The fair aimed at providing a plethora of opportunities for buyers, developers and financers to interact giving the residents of Bhopal and exciting arena to realize their home-building dreams.

This three day event was inaugurated with a big bang where, Shri Jayant Mallayya (Honorable Minister of Water Resource, Housing and Environment), Mr. S.K Tuteja (AGM – Punjab National Bank), Mr. Manoj Singh Meek (CMD – Shubhalay Group), Mr. Dilip Singh Suryanshi (Chairman – MP Builders Association) and Mr. Laxminarayan (CEO- REBI) made their presence. The theme of Aashiyana 2010 was Ghar Chunana aur Kharidna hua aasan... where the response of the visitors was close to 10,000 during the three day the event. The property fair provided the most economic and best deals in the business as no middlemen or property dealers were involved in the fair. Attractive home loan rate @ 8.5% were offered with the term of 25 years, zero processing fees and no documentation charge. The major attraction was that the people of Bhopal got an opportunity to buy/sell or rent house any where in India with the help of our main sponsor REBI.

More than 100 deals were done through this fair and more than 100 deals are in process. Punjab National Bank has more than 600 leads in process for loan disbursement with approximate business of 60 Cr. Brands like REBI, PNB, TATA Tiscon, ACC cement, Unihomes, Gulmohar Resort, Baagban, Bhavishya Construction, Om Construction, SMVD Associates, Bhojpal Builders, Everest Industries, New India Assurance, Dwarka Dham Builder, Nirupam Associates, Unique Construction, Tarang Developers were at the fair.
