GUNS NÆ ROSES enroute to India- Fans book their place in history

MUMBAI: Indian fans of legendary rock band Guns N’ Roses are readying to give a fitting ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ as they buy tickets in droves across Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon for the concerts to be held on 7, 9 and 12 December, 2012, respectively.

MOOZ Entertainment S V-P Karamjeet Singh said “Tickets for Guns N’ Roses concert are flying off the shelf. The demand is surging for all the three cities. We encourage fans not to miss out on this experience of a lifetime and get their tickets now.”

The number of retail outlets activated (over 80) for selling tickets to the Guns N' Roses India Tour are the highest ever done for any concert in the country.  Commenting on this, Mr. Singh said, "We wanted to provide equal access to thousands of fans who would prefer to walk in and buy tickets off the shelf at a nearby outlet in their city".

Tens of thousands of fans have been visiting the website every day since the announcement of the tour dates. The excitement is palpable even on social networking websites like Facebook and Twitter where fans have been constantly engaged via various contests and trivia on the upcoming tour. Gold tickets, priced at Rs.3,000 have been most popular among fans of all ages and have been bought in groups, indicating that many Guns N’ Roses loyalists are treating this as an evening out for their friends and family. Fans have taken to Twitter to announce their purchase, in the process goading friends on to do likewise.

Tickets start from Rs.1, 500 for Silver, Rs. 3,000 for Gold and go up to Rs.10,000 for the world class, seated ‘Platinum Lounge’. Styled on the lines of premium sporting events, fans can indulge in comfortable seating, dedicated and assisted parking and entry and unlimited complimentary multi-cuisine food and beverage in the Platinum Lounge.
