Excitement builds up as the 'BIG Marathi Entertainment Awards' trophy unveils at 92.7 BIG FM studios
The first ever entertainment extravaganza from the Marathi entertainment industry, the �BIG Marathi Entertainment Awards' officially unveiled its trophy today at 92.7 BIG FM studios. The uniquely designed trophy of the �BIG Marathi Entertainment Awards' is definitely a symbol of glory to the winners; it stands to communicate the strength, purity, humility and persistence of the winners. The grand finale scheduled for April 1st 2011 is all set to enthrall millions of lovers from the Marathi entertainment industry by recognising and honoring the best talent and their favourite entertainers from the Marathi entertainment industry.
The glittering event saw the unveiling of the trophy in the presence of Mr. Kiran Kulkarni, Regional Marketing manager - Bharati Cement along with the glamorous and famous child artist and mimic Saloni Daini, the Marathi pop singer Vaishali Samant and Kishori Shahane, the eminent actress from the Marathi industry. These performers gave a glimpse of their dazzling and entertaining performance that will be showcased at the gala awards night of BIG Marathi Entertainment Awards. These awards will recognize and honor talents across various genres - from movies to music, dance to theatre and sports to television.
The entertainers will compete against each other for various coveted titles including The BIG MARATHI MOST ENTERTAINING – Director, Film, Actor (male and female), Theatre Personality and Play of the Year. The awards night will also honour Marathi television talent in different fields including The BIG Marathi Show of the Year (Fiction and Reality) and The Television Personality of the Year, etc. The awards will not be completed without honouring talents from the music, dance and sports industry. They will be honoured with the award for The BIG Music Entertainer of the Year, the BIG Dancer of the Year and the Sports Personality of the Year. There is a special award designed to honour talent to an esteemed artisit who has contributed to the Marathi industry throughout the previous decade by awarding him / her with the award of The BIG Music Entertainer of the Decade.
Poised to take the Marathi entertainment industry by storm and accelerate the excitement quotient, the �BIG Marathi Entertainment Awards' will celebrate the enormity of talent and diversion, which the region has to offer.
