Cinemax host screening of"Across the Universe" for Music Fraternity

MUMBAI: There were guitar strums, piano notes and the drum beats all resounding harmoniously at Cinemax, Versova - Mumbai's most desired event destination at the special screening of the musical"Across the Universe" this evening. This exceptional film is a complete romantic musical story based on none other than the famous band from the 60's -"The Beatles"Cinemax has fashioned an image of hosting the most extraordinary and innovative events in the industry. So this time, keeping in sync with the content of the movie, Cinemax and Sony Entertainment, for the very first time in the history of events, held the screening exclusively for the entire Music fraternity from India. An array of luminaries of the Music Industry including composers, singers and musicians from different genres like classical, rock, pop, Bollywood etc stepped in to create the apt musical mood within the premises. Among the celebrities were noteworthy artists Alka Yagnik and Indian Idol Abhijit Sawan. Considering the enormity of celebrities attending at the event, it is now well established that India is definitely a country of music with Mumbai being the musical hub!
